Big Flow Exhaust's™ Lifetime Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product if the problem is due to faulty materials or workmanship.
This warranty covers the original purchasing consumer only.
BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ will not warranty any exhaust product that has been improperly installed, wrecked, welded to or modified in any way. BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ does not cover damage to any related components. Neither the seller nor BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ will be responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the direct or indirect use of this product or inability by the purchaser to determine proper use or application of this product. BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ racing headers and exhaust products are built for “off-highroad use only” and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended on our website.
If an issue develops call or email BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ customer service or email us at sales@bigflowexhaust.com and obtain an R.M.A. #. Use a double wall box and wrap product to protect it from damage that can take place during shipping. We only accept returns shipped via UPS. Include a note listing the issue you're having and your name, address, daytime phone number, R.M.A Number, and a copy of your sales receipt. Warranty cannot and will not be considered without a copy of your sales receipt. If it is determined that the product was defective BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ will repair or replace the product and return it to you as soon as possible. |

Catalytic Converter
High flow Catalytic Converters that Big Flow Exhaust™ sells come with a 2 year limited replacement warranty. The BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ will not warranty any Catalytic Converter that has been improperly installed, wrecked, welded to or modified in any way, used any type of leaded fuel or lead substitute in the motor that the Catalytic Converter was installed on. Once you have received an RMA # Use a double wall box and wrap product to protect it from damage that can take place during shipping. We only accept returns shipped via UPS. Include a note listing the issue you’re having and your name, address, daytime phone number, R.M.A Number, and a copy of your sales receipt. Warranty cannot and will not be considered without a copy of your sales receipt. If it is determined that the product was defective BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ will repair or replace the product and only charge you the prorated amount based on the suggested retail price and the remainder of the warranty. |

All returns must have a BIG FLOW EXHAUST™ R.M.A Number, be freight prepaid and have a copy of the original invoice. COD shipments will be refused. |

No return will be allowed on special order, obsolete, superseded or damaged parts. |

Unwanted eligible parts may be returned for store credit. Returned products may be assessed a 25% restocking fee. |

Return time limit is 30 days from the original invoice date. |
